1. Can a customer come to see the facility?

Yes. We would only need a 24-hour email notice prior to arrival time.

2. Do you have a physical security?

Yes. We have someone on site 24/7.

3. Do you have an insurance for the facility and our equipment?

Yes. We have an insurance included in the price for equipment and facility.

4. What type of cooling systems do you have?

Our facility location is on the high elevation (Sierra Nevada Mountains) with very dry air and perfect climate for data centers. There is no need for cooling for the most of the year. During the summer time for a few months only, we use evaporative cooling system since humidity is very low (0-15% humidity). This passive type of cooling system is very efficient and inexpensive.

1. Do you offer VPN access?

Absolutely. We have Cisco Any Connect VPN with user friendly and simple installation. You will be provisioned with the access immediately after your equipment is connected. For the security reasons, we do not allow VPN access prior to equipment deployment.

2. Do you provide static IPs?

Yes. You can choose between public static IPs from our IP range or private subnet.

3. How long does it take you to deploy the server online?

TeslaWatt’s technical support needs 1-3 business days to connect server but also depends on quantity.

4. What bandwidth can you provide?

We can provide 1 Gbit/s uplink and downlink.

1. Do you offer 24/7/365 technical support?

Yes. Data Center services are not possible without 24/7/365 support.

2. What are the additional costs for technical support?

There are no additional costs for technical support. This is included in your hosting fee.

3. What happens if my server stops working due to an electronic failure?

We can do a few things. We can do RMA for you or we can replace some parts for example PSU, RAM, HDD, SDD or similar. You would need to provide us with a spare parts.

4. What’s the process of power-cycling a server? Do we open a ticket? How long does it take to power-cycle server?

The customer has an access to execute a software reboot on their own, but we also provide support for physical power-cycling servers. All communication is via email with technical support that is available 24/7.

5. Can the customer check the power consumption?

Yes, per request.

6. Is there any CCTV where customers can see what is going on?

We have our internal CCTV and a team monitoring the facilities 24/7. For the security and privacy reasons, we do not provide our customers with an access to this monitoring equipment.

1.How much does it cost to store server with TeslaWatt?

It all depends on power consumption and bandwidth. Also for AI&Machine learning servers we offer UPS/Power generator power so it cost more than crypto-mining. Our general monthly rate for power consumption is $100 for 1 kW.
