“I really like having 24/7 on-site tech support, Tesla Watt’s remote hands service is top tier… I see a miner needing a power-cycle etc. just drop an e-mail to the support team “day or night” and it’s taken care of in minutes. Always a return e-mail with a status update, just a wonderful service. I wanted to install the new Bitmain power saving firmware on some older S9’s so I could take advantage of Tesla Watts 5KW rack pricing. I inquired about the process and the tech team asked if I would like them to do the upgrade for me? “YES” was than answer, zero downtime and running the new LMP firmware that same day.”
